INTRODUCTION
This Creative Leadership in Crisis Best Practices training course equips professionals with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to manage and lead teams and organisations before, during, and after a crisis or emergency. Leadership in crisis situations demands a higher level of competency and adaptability compared to everyday leadership.
This intensive 5-day course emphasises strategic crisis management, which involves identifying, selecting, and implementing organisational goals and objectives. Utilising authentic leadership qualities, participants will learn to successfully navigate crises. The program covers critical areas of emergency response, the five levels of leadership, essential crisis leadership characteristics, avoiding mismanagement, and rapidly establishing options and judgments.
